We need to deliver this unit directly to its setup location, so please ensure your venue meets these requirements before booking.

DEPOSIT: We only require a small deposit to secure your booking.
NO CANCELLATION FEES: No cancellation fees up to 24 hours before your hire date. For whatever reason other than weather we will not charge you a cancellation fee as long as we have 24 hours notice, otherwise we have the right to charge 100% of the hire value.
WET WEATHER: In the unfortunate event that the forecast states that it is going to be raining on the day of your party and you don’t want the inflatable, just call us within 24 hours of the booking day and we can try and reschedule your booking for you, please note your deposit is still non refundable but can be transferred to another booking up to 6 months from the date of original booking.
